Job responsibilities:
The Litigation Lawyer is primarily tasked to:
- Manage all phases of the cases involving the company/LKY Group
- Attend all types of hearings as may be required by the Company
- Responsible for initial case investigation, drafting pleadings, motions, etc.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to various business units and departments, including human resources, business development, operations, and finance.
- Review and approve legal documents, such as corporate filings, contracts, agreements, and internal policies.
- Other tasks that may be assigned by the company.
Job qualifications:
- 2 – 4 years Lawyer, with experience in corporate, housekeeping and litigation.
- Flexible to perform tasks under a shared service agreement.
