Kapon and Ligate is now happening at Primark Center Plaridel on April 26, 2025. All pet lovers who have cats or dogs, or even both can have their pets spayed and neutered at Primark Center Plaridel for a starting low price of ₱700 (depending on the type of animal, size, and sex).
